The annual renewal form helps FMCBC to collect information about member clubs to better understand member clubs’ activities—such as club trips, trail and hut building and maintenance, events for members and the public, and skill development programs. This information allows FMCBC to ensure appropriate insurance coverage for member clubs and strengthens our ability to advocate for and support members and the broader self-propelled outdoor recreation community.

Please use this form to confirm your club’s membership renewal for 2026–2027 and participation in FMCBC’s insurance program.
