Member Club Grant Application Form

Thank you for taking the time to apply for an FMCBC Member Club Grant! We look forward to hearing about your club's project and hope that the FMCBC will be able to assist with some funding. The deadline to apply is April 30th, 2019.

    Before you begin your application:

    Clubs should only submit one grant application per year. Please check that yours is the only application being submitted by your club.

    You will be asked to upload any letters of support you may have for this project. Please have these documents ready before beginning your application. Please submit these in MS Word or PDF format.

    You will also be asked to provide a cost breakdown for your project including materials, equipment, travel, salaries, professional fees etc. Please have this information ready before you begin and provide as much detail as possible. Expenses should be researched and detailed in the space provided.
